What we collect
When you place an order or join the mailing list, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, shipping address, and payment details. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments — we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfill orders, mail your archives, manage your membership, respond to support requests, and — only if you opt in — send occasional emails about upcoming archives. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any email.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the services required to run the store: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), our subscription billing app, payment processors, and postal carriers — and only what each needs to do its job.
Comments and community
If you comment on a case discussion, the name and comment you submit are displayed publicly. Don't post personal information you wouldn't want public.
Cookies
Our store uses cookies required for the cart and checkout to function, plus basic analytics provided by Shopify. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your personal data or ask us to delete it by emailing midnightarchivemailer@gmail.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
