Memberships. Midnight Archive memberships renew monthly. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal date from your account, and you will not be billed again. Cancelling does not refund charges already made for archives that are in production or have shipped.
Shipped archives. Because each archive is a printed, assembled edition, archives that have already shipped are not refundable.
Damaged or lost mail. If your archive arrives damaged, or is lost in the mail, contact us at midnightarchivemailer@gmail.com within 30 days of the ship date and we will send a replacement at no cost, no questions asked.
Single (one-time) archives. One-time purchases follow the same rules: not refundable once shipped, always replaced if damaged or lost.
Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address before your archive mails. Archives returned to us due to an incorrect address can be re-mailed for the cost of postage.
